Plaque was carved and painted by F.W. Voll in 1971 in Helper, Utah for A. Dean Larsen. The plaque is all hand carved and hand painted. It has a carving of Old Faithful, mountains, and trees in the middle of the plaque. On the top it reads Yellowstone Library, and the bottom reads A. Dean Larsen. On the back of the plaque there is a note that describes the plaque.
